Every New Year’s Eve actually marks the date of my move to Berlin from my home country Israel!

The suit, brought in Texas Northern District Court on July 19, 2010, targets 65 defendants, the largest number of defendants for a single anti-piracy case amongst gay adult studios. “You only have to conduct a quick Google search to see the rampant piracy all over the internet,” commented Lucas Entertainment President/CEO Michael Lucas. “I am always surprised that users would deal with torrent sites and all the hassle that requires instead of streaming through LucasEntertainment.com, but I guess there are many people out there who have endless patience. We appreciate our fans wherever they are but business is business and we have to make some money off our content.”

“While many sites are responsive and take down content once notified of a copyright violation, some are not and we have decided to take a more forceful approach with the more difficult sites and their users,” added Lucas. “Too many people assume the Internet provides them with unlimited access to our content at no cost. Instead, it gives us exactly the tools and information we need for lawsuits like this one. I will be ruthless with those who are stealing my films.”

This marks Lucas Entertainment’s first legal action against Internet piracy, and follows a similar model used by major Hollywood production companies. Instead of filing numerous lawsuits against several defendants, the company is able to efficiently litigate against potentially hundreds or even thousands of individuals who have stolen their content.

JONATHAN AGASSI PULLS OUT OF MADRID PRIDE

June 29, 2010 (New York, NY) –Lucas Entertainment exclusive Jonathan Agassi has decided to withdraw from participating in the upcoming Madrid Gay Pride events due to his outrage with the organizers’ decision to ban an Israeli delegation from its upcoming Pride March.

Originally scheduled to perform with one of Europe’s biggest club producers, SuperMartXé, on July 2, 2010, Agassi joins LGBT Israeli performers such as Dana International in removing themselves from the festivities. All have been in reaction to recent events surrounding the Spanish Federation of Lesbians, Gays, Transexuals, and Bisexual’s declaration to exclude a group of gay Tel Aviv residents from marching in the Madrid parade.

“It’s terrible that the organizers made such an awful decision, especially since Israel is so supportive of gay rights, but I’m proud of my choice,” stated Agassi. “Madrid was supposed to be my first pride event outside of Israel and I was so excited about it! But I have no regrets, and I will never forget where I came from. Israel is and will always be my home, and I will forever support and stand up for my country!”

Surrounded by the hostility and intolerance of the Middle East, Israel is the sole beacon of freedom. In every neighboring country homosexuality is illegal, punishable by imprisonment and/or the death penalty. I’M IN ISRAEL!!!
Hey boys, it’s Jonathan Agassi and I just got back to Israel yesterday! Woooof! The weather is to die for! As you all know I’m here for the fabulous Tour of Israel hosted by Michael Lucas and myself ☺

I can’t wait to meet everyone! I just got the schedule of the tour and I’m gonna WALK my ass off haha (love it!) So next week I’ll tell you all about it!
