JONATHAN AGASSI PULLS OUT OF MADRID PRIDE

June 29, 2010 (New York, NY) –Lucas Entertainment exclusive Jonathan Agassi has decided to withdraw from participating in the upcoming Madrid Gay Pride events due to his outrage with the organizers’ decision to ban an Israeli delegation from its upcoming Pride March.

Originally scheduled to perform with one of Europe’s biggest club producers, SuperMartXé, on July 2, 2010, Agassi joins LGBT Israeli performers such as Dana International in removing themselves from the festivities. All have been in reaction to recent events surrounding the Spanish Federation of Lesbians, Gays, Transexuals, and Bisexual’s declaration to exclude a group of gay Tel Aviv residents from marching in the Madrid parade.

“It’s terrible that the organizers made such an awful decision, especially since Israel is so supportive of gay rights, but I’m proud of my choice,” stated Agassi. “Madrid was supposed to be my first pride event outside of Israel and I was so excited about it! But I have no regrets, and I will never forget where I came from. Israel is and will always be my home, and I will forever support and stand up for my country!”

Surrounded by the hostility and intolerance of the Middle East, Israel is the sole beacon of freedom. In every neighboring country homosexuality is illegal, punishable by imprisonment and/or the death penalty. Presently Israel remains the only country in the Middle East to provide legal protection for gays. Many LGBT individuals have relocated to Israel, often fleeing cruel aggression that includes physical abuse, exile, or death. This nation’s perseverance and fight for civil rights has clearly been violated in Madrid’s decision of exclusion.

“I am proud that Jonathan, who was so excited to go to the biggest gay Pride in Europe, made a right decision,” stated Lucas Entertainment CEO and President Michael Lucas. “Spanish hypocrites failed to realize that he is not just a porn star but a man with principles. Hey everybody, this is Martin Passoli from Budapest, Hungary. Below is a little summary of what I think is important to mention regarding myself and my journey in Pornia :P

Having always lived hungry for new challenges, last year I took part in my very first porn movie, Inside Israel. I was excited to experience life as a porn actor. Everybody said it was going to be a big hit but I had some doubts – after all, I was cast with no experience behind me, just like some others. My hobbies also remain: spinning, jeet kune do (martial arts in general, currently I am learning Bruce Lee’s martial art system) traveling and a few others.

Watching the news report from Tel Aviv about my Israeli films was amazing. This was an honored moment for me because this channel is the main news network in the nation. But there was something else in the broadcast that made me feel even more gratified. The entire country was watching and Jonathan Agassi’s mother stood proudly by her son, in full support of his career. I was moved by the love she showed and it was so nice to see Jonathan being incredibly moved by the words of his mother. You don’t have to speak Hebrew to understand—it’s all about the body language. Avi Dar: I heart Israel

Happy Thursday everyone!

I’m out in LA this week enjoying the sun and heading out to the beach! Everything is great out here but it makes me think how much I miss the beaches in Israel. Just the other week it was Passover and my family set up their lap-top on the dinner table and I “ate” with them for two hours. It was so great enjoying the warmth and love from my family and friends and again it made me remember how wonderful my home country is.

Michael Lucas told me last month that he was preparing to take a tour group to Israel to showcase how amazing the nation is. I was so happy with this fantastic idea. I want everyone to share the experience of the life there! It is so diverse and there is so much to do and see! Best beaches, friendliest people, great food, culture, shopping and so many cities and sites to visit. I wanted to share a few of my favorite pictures I’ve gathered from the set of our movies in Israel.

Yesterday we started a new feature of “Jonathan Agassi Tuesdays” here on LucasBlog.com! We will also be hosting a series of guest hosts on Wednesdays to give our hot guys the podium to share something more than their gorgeous cocks and tight asses. So glad to talk with you all here on LucasBlog! My name is Carlos Caballero and I’m Brazilian but I have been living in Spain for more than 15 yeas now.
