Michael Lucas interview on OhLaLaMag.com!

Comments
Overall the interview is quite mild and lacks content, bland and can sometimes be quite dull (it shows lack of preparation by Ohlalamag.com) . With the chance of interviewing ML some of the best questions were completely forgotten.
Michael Lucas is taking porn (American and European) out of the closet and bringing it to a world stage, with his comments, his attitude towards life, politics, and the business around sex.
It is clear that his opinions don't round up many friends but it is also true that it is his 'take no bullshit' posture that makes him interesting. As he clearly says he is not looking for anything, so if people find him sexy or not I don't really believe that he cares very much about it.
Nonetheless, it is thanks to his looks (and lets not forget brains) that he has managed to succeed in life and in the sex industry.
In conclusion, just criticizing him because one does not like him shows traces of pure childish jealousy.
P.S. Regarding his photos with the cigarette, they are just it, photos, and if you believe that he really is smoking that cigarette then my congratulations to Greg Thompson and his crew on the production, they look very good.

Wow Michael, I just clicked on the above photo to read the ohlamag.com article and I was really surprised to read the nasty comment some folks left about you.. I totally disagree with what they said. and about the not being photographed smoking if you're not a smoker bit, I think it's silly. would they say the same about a mainstream actor who doesn't smoke in real life but holds a lit cigarette in a scene in a movie? probably not. Finally I personally like the way you look. To me you are very Handsome and sexy.

all the people who left those negative comments about you on that article make me laugh, it's so sad that anyone would take the time to write anything that doesn't make you grow or think about anything truly important. I liked that article, and as far as the smoking pictures, I thought they were just supposed to be an homage to the "James Dean." photos or the epitome of cool photos from the 50's I've seen, not a statement on your politics.

@LM:"......ML is taking porn out of the closet and bringing it to a world-stage.....
Yep, and that is his real merit.Michael Lucas obviously seems to be succeeding in making quality-porn a legitimate way of entertainment in the modern world of the 21 century. He is an openly gay pornographer and yet he is taken seriously in the political field, is invited to lecture at Universities and is often required for interviews and so forth. There is a legion of other people also active in the gay porn business, like Chi-chi-Larue, Michael Brandon, Lucas Foz, Stéphane Berry and Jean-Daniel Cadinot etc, to name only those few, but there is no inherent credit linked to it: it is fun, it is hot, it is ok, and that's it!rom

The photos are stunning, Michael- you have never looked better.
Part of what truly makes you sexy is that you are bright and opinionated, and a huge success.
There are a ton of good looking guys out there, but very few have your smarts, and style.
As always, well done!

Beautiful pics. You look so good with natural, untrimmed/unshaved chest hair!

What is this business of fantasy?
It refers to some aspects of day dreaming?
Some strong imaginations?
I am intrigued...
And what do we need to think about it all?
Is there no reality?
How do we have to perceive this reality?
Or is it some kind of mind-boggling?
I am interested in this aspect of this business.
