Your Support and GAYVN Nominations

Thank you to everyone who commented on the Queerty post. I don't think their website has ever received so much traffic :), especially from so many passionate commentators. Yes we all understand that Andrew Belonsky is anti-Semitic. I know it, you know it, he knows it. A funny thing that I found out is that some of the people that work with him, tried to defend him by making the point that he comes from a Jewish family. Don't we all know that some of the biggest homophobes, anti-Semites, and racists are Gay, Jewish, and Black respectively. Remember Bob Novak, who was fired from the nasty CNN show Crossfire. He is from a Jewish background and was baptized and became a conservative Republican and anti-Israel. Marcel Proust, who is still one of my favorite writers, was homophobic and anti-Semitic, but is Jewish and gay. The list is endless.

But enough of that garbage.

The nominations for GayVN's (the gay porn version of the Oscars) were recently released and

Michael Lucas' La Dolce Vita is the most nominated movie of the year with 14 nominations!

Hi Michael:

Congratulations on all those nominations. I just went back to watch that duo sex scene between Blu Kennedy and Danny Bitho. The ol' cum rag is freshly sticky!!!!!!!

If you'll permit me to talk about "garbage" for a moment; I'm not so sure that Proust himself was prejudiced against gay and/or Jewish people. I think, rather, that in his novel there are anti-gay and anti-Jewish characters, and their bigotry is accurately portrayed. It's known that Proust felt he had to disguise gay relationships as straight ones because had he done otherwise, his writings would not have gotten past various censors. Proust was alert to all forms of hypocrisy, including those of which he himself was guilty. With that said, it's also a mistake to take the narrator of Proust's novel to be precisely Proust himself; it isn't.

The PM of the Palestinkians today announced that Hamas will NEVER recognize Israel. So there's another hopeful sign for peace from that address.

That was kind of a fun contretemps with Chad Hunt you had last year but I do admit that his scenes in your movies are hot, hot, hot.

Fourteen nominations which, in my opinion, should result in 14 awards. Nothing tops Lucas Entertainment productions. Congratulations to Michael and everyone else at Lucas Entertainment.

The real proof that Andrew Belonksy is not just an anti-Jewish bigot but also a person intent on using his influence to bring about the deaths of Jews is that despite being given incontrovertible and logical evidence that his comments were injurious, slanderous, and misrepresentative of reality, he did not retract or even revise them.

What he deserves at this point is to have Kassam rockets fired into his apartment by people who say they will not rest until he is dead; and then when he makes efforts to defend himself against those people, he should be very severely criticized for making those defensive efforts.

He, after all, has on an internationally-available internet site made precisely that criticism of Israel.

Michael; you should challenge him to issue clarifications on your blog. People are entitled to express their opinions . . no matter how ill-informed or incorrect . . . but other people have the right to challenge them, to point out where they are ill-informed and incorrect, and to insist that they go public with a "mea culpa" for having been in the wrong.
