Bravo for a lot of the things you said in that interview, Michael.

The interviewer is mentally chanllenged, however, didn't direct the interview so as to be maximally interesting to readers of BUTT magazine and to boot, had to throw in his anti-Jewish bigotry.

You were talking about the effective security procedures in Israeli airports and his comment was "There seems to be so much wrong with Israeli society."

Supposing somebody had been interviewing this Dutch jerk, and the Dutch jerk were talking about a good restaurant in Amsterdam, and the interviewer said "There seems to be so much wrong with Dutch society."

It's a non-sequitur. And in the case of this Dutch jerk interviewing you, the non-sequitur was born of anti-Jewish bigotry.

People with deep-seated anti-Jewish bigotry are very quick to buy Arab propaganda without having any idea of who the Grand Mufti al-Husseini was and of his complete political biography. They also buy that Arab propaganda without having read the Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel, which makes plain that in 1948 the Israelis offered complete equality to the Arabs living in the land, who nonetheless made war against them, thus precipitating the "Palestinian" refugee situation. The whole story is too complicated to get into here; but anybody who comments on the Israeli-Arab conflict without knowing the complete political biography of the Grand Mufti al-Husseini and without reading the Israeli Declaration of Independence is talking through their ass. They are also talking through their ass if in their commentary and considerations they don't acknowledge that 80% of the British Mandate of Palestine became Jordan and that in Jordan, no Jew may be a citizen or buy property, whereas there are Arab members of the Israeli parliament.

It is beyond me how any person, including Jimmy Carter, could think that the onus for bringing about peace lies on the Israeli side. This past week, Mushir Salem Jawher, a runner and a Christian born in Kenya but a citizen of Bahrain won a marathon in Tiberias, Israel. He was interviewed in an Israeli paper and said "People should live in harmony." The Bahrainian authorities saw the article and because it is illegal for a Bahrainian to go to Israel, stripped him of his Bahrainian citizenship.

Please, Michael, never listen to a Dutch jerk who tells you not to ask your models to have six-packs. Flabby bellies are to porn what Ted Haggard is to social integrity.
